One of the things we love about AZ is that there is lots of things for young kids and families to do. Last Friday we attended the Park and Rec's "LaLaGlendooza." The theme was Barnyard and all the children were suppose to come dressed as cowboys and girls. Despite the 104 temp, it was a lot of fun. Here are some pictures of some of the things Halle got to do.

This was Halle's favorite thing. They had a bunch of ducks, in a pool of water and the Halle got to catch them with a net. Who knew Halle would love something so simple.

Halle enjoyed the crafts they had. She made a pig mask and colored barnyard animals.

I think Wes was affected by the whole barnyard theme and came away feeling a little quackie. Halle loves her silly dad! (Wes has two pringles in his mouth).

These are some of Halle's favorite girl friends. We had a picnic lunch together at the park.

They had all kinds of tractors to climb on and ride around on.

Halle and Wes participated in the cupcake walk. And Halle won a cupcake. Way to go kiddo!

It was still so fun even though it was SUPER HOT that day! I love the pic of Wes with the pringles in his mouth--ha ha!
